You’re given data from a 96-well high-content imaging screen capturing cell morphology across conditions. You'd want to nominate 10 conditions for wet-lab validation. Your end-to-end approach consists of: preprocessing and QC, representation learning choices, the multi-modal integration method, data-splits/controls to prevent leakage, calibration/uncertainty estimation, graph-based priors, decision metrics for ranking, and a structure of the first validation loop to close the learning cycle. What is most difficult, and why?
