CCTV/ Surveillance Officer (Female)

We are looking for a female CCTV/ Surveillance Officer to join our Security Team and take on the responsibility of monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety, security, and proper operations of the facility.
Role Summary
The role involves observing live and recorded footage, detecting suspicious activities, reporting incidents, and maintaining accurate logs.
Location: Kaduna.
Key Responsibilities
*Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems continuously
*Identify and report suspicious behavior, security breaches, or safety hazards
*Record and document incidents accurately in logs or reports
*Operate and control surveillance equipment effectively
*Review recorded footage when required for investigations
*Alert security personnel or management in case of emergencies
*Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report faults
*Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance information
*Comply with company policies and legal regulations regarding surveillance
*Assist in investigations by providing video evidence when needed
Key Requirements - Education & Experience
*Minimum of BSc/HND in Social & Management Studies.
*Previous experience in security or CCTV monitoring is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
*Strong attention to detail
*High level of alertness and concentration
*Good communication and reporting skills
*Basic computer literacy
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*Integrity and confidentiality

Working Conditions
*Shift work (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
*Long hours of screen monitoring
