Job Description

We are looking for someone who can develop and execute marketing strategies while also creating and refining content to support campaigns. You wouldn’t handle the bulk of editing work, as dedicated editors will be available. However, a solid grasp of design principles and editing fundamentals is still essential.. You should know how to maximize engagement, grow audiences, and align content with overall marketing goals. This role requires someone who is proactive, creative, and comfortable contributing both ideas and hands-on content work.

Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality content across multiple formats (video, copy, social media, email, blogs) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. - Plan and execute content strategies that drive engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform content direction and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales) to create cohesive, integrated campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO, platform algorithms, and performance metrics.
- Track and analyze content performance, using data to refine strategy and improve outcomes.
- Manage content calendars, production timelines, and overall workflow to ensure consistent delivery.
- Stay updated on content trends, platform features, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.

Requirements

- Content Creation: Strong creative ability with experience producing engaging video, written, and social media content.
- Strategy & Planning: Solid understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and content strategy development.
- Research Skills: Ability to perform market research, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Communication & Collaboration: Clear communicator with disciplined organization and the ability to present concepts effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with content tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, Notion, social scheduling tools). Familiarity with analytics platforms is a plus.
- Creativity: Ability to originate fresh concepts, craft compelling narratives, and maintain high-quality brand storytelling.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social strategy. Results and proficiency are valued over years of experience.
