1. P1000 down payment is required to secure your slot. First to reserve will be prioritized. 2. DPs are non-refundable but can be transferred to a non-listed joiner. 3. We are not liable for any loss/damage to your valuables. 4. Hike at your own risk. Only commit if you're confident. Feel free to message for questions and evaluations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Once reserved, it will be considered sold/booked. 2. 50% of the event fee shall be charged for cancellation 5 days before the event date. 3. Full payment shall be charged for cancellation 3 days up to the last minute before the event date. 4. The host may cancel or reschedule the event if: -There are fewer than 12 participants.
-The weather is bad (e.g., typhoon, low-pressure area).
