Piwi is free and open-source, and that isn't changing. The self-hosted app stays MIT-licensed, zero-telemetry, and free to run yourself, forever. The last few questions ask whether a hosted version (for people who'd rather not run a server) would be worth paying for. That's the only thing being explored here: an optional convenience alongside the free project, never a paywall on what already exists. Takes about 3 minutes.
