The “Local to Global” initiative isn’t just a competition, it's a mindset shift. We’re on the lookout for ambitious, scalable and globally-minded startups to compete in the Startup Grind Gibraltar End of Year Pitch Battle 2026.
Selected startups will pitch their ideas in front of a panel of industry-leading judges and key decision-makers. The winner will receive seed funding, tailored mentorship and international exposure as part of our Local to Global mission.
Networking and Competition Launch (No pitching) – 30th September 2026 at 5:30pm
Pitch Battle Finals – 19th November 2026
Winners Announced & End of Year Celebration – 2nd December 2026

We want to challenge our startups to build products that solve real problems, create revenue-generating models that go beyond Gibraltar and embrace a global outlook from day one.
This new competition is about what’s next for the future builders of Gibraltar’s economy.

1. Eligibility: Open to early-stage startups incorporated in Gibraltar or planning to incorporate here with a business license or regulated by GFSC. Applicants must be aged 18+.
2. Selection: Not all applicants will be shortlisted. Finalists will be selected by Startup Grind Gibraltar based on innovation, scalability, market potential and team capability.The decision of the selection panel is final.
3. Seed Funding: The winner will receive a seed funding contribution for their startup or business plan.Funds will be disbursed within 90 days after the event.
4. Winner’s Obligations: Winners must only use funds to invest into their startup or business plan.Winners must agree to allow reasonable marketing usage of their brand, logo and founder photos for promotion of the Pitch Battle.
5. General: Startup Grind Gibraltar reserves the right to amend these terms.Participation implies full acceptance of these conditions.
