We’re happy to accommodate special requests! If you'd like items separated by person, please list names and sizes below. You can also include other notes, such as detergent sensitivities, gate codes, or instructions regarding pets.
Note: While we take great care, minor mis-sorting in separated loads can occasionally occur.
Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be invoiced upon confirmation of your request—no payment is due at this time.
Service Commitment: A minimum of 4 scheduled pickups is required to initiate recurring service and qualify for this plan.
Bag Inclusion: Laundry on Repeat includes 1 standard 13-gallon bag per person. Additional bags are available for an extra fee.
Service Area: Free pickup & delivery are included in our service area. If you're outside the area, we'll provide a travel quote before your first pickup.
Cancellations:
A $15 reattempt fee applies for missed appointments unless prior notice is given.
Liability:
The Wash Basin is not liable for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or fading. Missing items must be reported within 24 hours.
Garments:
We are not responsible for damage to weak fabrics or embellishments. Please check pockets and remove all items prior to pickup.
Stains:
Not all stains can be removed; stain treatment must be requested in advance.
Turnaround:
Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Rush services are available for an additional fee.
Refusal:
We reserve the right to decline service for items that are heavily soiled or unfit for standard laundering.
