What We’re Looking For
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Proven experience editing short-form social media videos, including talking-head content and cinematic edits, with a strong, relevant portfolio
• Strong understanding of retention-based editing (pacing, cuts, flow) and the ability to create compelling hooks within the first 2–3 seconds
• Ability to deliver clean, polished edits with captions, sound design, music, b-roll, and light motion graphics
• Comfort creating multiple versions when required (hook or CTA variations)
• High accuracy in following brand guidelines and reference styles
• Organized, independent workflow with strong time management and consistent deadline delivery
• Reliable internet connection and an editing workstation capable of handling 4K footage and multi-camera timelines
• Strong written communication, comfort working asynchronously, and the ability to take feedback and iterate efficiently
• Assets: Basic After Effects (motion graphics), DaVinci Resolve, UGC or ad-focused editing experience, experience working with international clients.
