We screen applicants exhaustively to ensure you are a good fit for the team and this is the right place for you to work at. You should already have received the complete details to our process from the job page on Notion. Please find below a quick summary.
This will be a 5-Step process with the following steps:
1. Application & Screening - you're here right now <-
2. Skill Test - a sample assignment to test your ability to follow instructions, communicate and attention to detail
3. Culture Fit Interview - a second shorter 30-min to test if you're aligned with our core company values
*for some urgent projects there might be shorter processes since the projects are freelance based and not full-time
The entire process should take 5-7 days and you should get a final confirmation on your application status on your official e-mail address once complete.

The process might seem exhaustive - which is intentional! I've learnt the top A players (hopefully you?) don't like to settle working for B or C players. This interview process helps me identify those A players, which keeps our output quality top notch enabling me to pay above market value :)
