Money can't solve everything, but we think $1000 might. So, we're giving away a total of $5000 (up to $1000 per project) to do our part.

Literary magazines and their representatives, including new editors who want to start one.
How long should the experiment be?
Under 10 months, so we have time to write the reports before next year.
How much money is each grant?
Up to $1,000 per experiment, from a pool of $5,000 total.
Who judges which experiments get backed?
Chill Subs.
What if the experiment fails?
That's fine. We're publishing what worked and what didn't, and the failures are just as useful.
