Tell us what you need for a free, no-obligation photo/video estimate. This is a request, not a booking. J&M confirms the final price, scope and availability before you commit. We do not transport customers’ belongings as part of loading/unloading help.

Approximate location is enough to start. Please do not include your full address yet.
List quantities, approximate dimensions and what you want removed or handled. Mention any chemicals, liquids, batteries, sharp objects or unusual materials so we can check eligibility.
Add clear photos of the items and access route. Each file must be 10 MB or smaller. Avoid faces, IDs, documents and unrelated private details. If upload fails, submit without photos and use the fallback below.
You may paste a viewable video/photo link, or write “please help me send photos.” For larger files, email jmremovalhtx@gmail.com with your name and neighborhood, or call/text 832-670-8888. Do not make sensitive files public just to share them.
A requested date is not a reserved slot. “Flexible” is fine.
Include floor, flights/landings, elevator, doorway clearance, parking and carry distance. Write “unknown” if you need help checking.
Describe approximate size/weight, handling needs and anything fragile. “None” or “unknown” is fine. We confirm the equipment and crew for each job.
How we use your information
J&M uses your contact details, request and files to assess scope, prepare an estimate and coordinate with you. Tally processes the form; records may be stored in J&M’s restricted Google workspace. Uploaded-file links are kept restricted and are not marketing permission. Do not send payment details or sensitive documents. For access, correction, export or deletion requests, email jmremovalhtx@gmail.com.
Submitting lets J&M contact you about this request. You can ask us to stop. Final prices and bookings require owner confirmation.
