By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I am responsible for my own setup, equipment, supplies, permits, licenses, and insurance (if applicable), as well as the cleanup of my vendor area. I agree to follow all event rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by Moving Forward With Hope, Inc. and event staff.

I acknowledge that you have read and understand the BBQ Competition – Food Truck Info Sheet and agree to comply with all event rules, requirements, food safety regulations, and responsibilities outlined therein.

I understand that all vendor fees are non-refundable and that the event will be held rain or shine.

I further agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Moving Forward With Hope, Inc., its organizers, volunteers, and the event venue from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in this event.

This includes, but is not limited to, any loss, theft, or damage to my property, as well as any injury to myself, my staff, or others resulting from my participation.

I hereby grant Moving Forward with Hope, Inc. permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any of its publications, including web‑based publications, without payment or other consideration. I acknowledge and agree that all photos will become the property of Moving Forward with Hope, Inc. and will not be returned.
I hereby irrevocably authorize Moving Forward with Hope, Inc. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.
