"Off the Wall:" 2026 ARTS Southeast Small Works Supporter Exhibition

Since 2015, ARTS Southeast’s affordable small works exhibition has been an annual tradition presenting eclectic, collectible work by members of the Savannah arts community.

Off the Wall is the perfect chance for artists’ small works and multiples to find a home. Unique to this exhibition, works can be taken directly off the wall after purchase, meaning locals and out-of-town visitors can bring home or gift their purchases right away. Running through the holiday gifting season and featuring small works in all media, this fun, salon-style exhibition offers the chance to give the gift of art to yourself or a loved one.

On display from Oct 22nd, 2026 - Jan 16, 2027, this year’s Off the Wall will evolve over the course of its run into the new year, with works being added to the wall as other works sell. Artists may submit up to four images for consideration, and will be notified of first round acceptance works for display. If accepted works sell, participating artists may be invited to display additional works at the discretion of ARTS Southeast. Artists are encouraged to consider multiples, iterative works and series for display in this exhibition.

• ARTS Southeast will take no commission on artwork sales. Instead, patrons will be directed to contact artists directly to purchase their work, and artists will receive 100% of the sale price. This approach is designed to give artists full control over sales and keep all earnings in your hands.
• Artists will handle and inform ARTS Southeast of any sales. Purchased work can only be picked up by the buyer after the artist has confirmed the sale.
As a 501c3 non-profit, ARTS Southeast relies on the support of our community. While we take no commission on sales, a suggested donation of 30% of any sales would be greatly appreciated.
• ARTS Southeast will promote the artist’s work through our website, social media, press release and newsletter.

• Work in Off the Wall must be for sale. Each individual piece must have a retail price between $25 and $300.

• Work must be 30 inches or less in every direction. 3D wall-hanging works may not extrude more than 30 inches from the wall, must come with hanging hardware and must be stable enough to hang for the duration of the exhibition.

• Each ARTS Southeast Supporter may submit up to 4 works. Artists whose work sells from the exhibition may be contacted for additional work to display and sell, at the discretion of ARTS Southeast.

• Work will be featured on our website for the duration of the show. All work submitted must be accompanied by a web quality image.

• Work may be in any medium. Work does not have to be framed. Alternative presentations of 2D works are welcome, but work should be well presented, safe to display, and stable enough to hang on the wall for the duration of the exhibition. Framed pieces should arrive at the gallery wired and ready to hang, D-rings preferred. No sawtooth hangers may be used. Artwork should arrive at ARTS Southeast wrapped in paper, glassine, bubble wrap or other appropriate materials.

About the Supporter Gallery

The Supporter Gallery at ARTS Southeast, established in 2022, is a dedicated space where ARTS Southeast Supporters have three exhibition opportunities per year. Encircling our central gallery and running along a loop of artist studios, it is a high-visibility space in the heart of our community, showcasing our Supporters and helping to set the tone of our creative space. Running in tandem with Main Gallery exhibitions and Artist Residency projects, it exists in conversation with events throughout the year. The Supporter Gallery strives to support and uplift emerging and established artists through every step of the exhibition process. Questions about the application or results are always welcome. Artists should contact the Supporter Gallery curator, Samantha Mack, with any questions: sam@artssoutheast.org
