📍 We meet at FITISM KNUTSFORD (WA16 0EG) at 8.15am where the team will host the warmup, and set off at 8.30am.
It's 6km, at a conversational pace. No one gets left behind.
The post run social will be provided by Gails Knutsford, and this week we're taking them to go as the FITISM team lead the cool down back at their gym.
