Authentic Podcast - Guest Participation & Media Release Agreement

Authentic is a podcast dedicated to honest conversations, personal growth, and meaningful storytelling. We appreciate your willingness to share your experiences with our audience.
Before recording, please read and complete this agreement.
By signing this agreement, I voluntarily agree to participate as a guest on the Authentic podcast. I understand my participation is voluntary and that I may choose not to answer any question during the interview.
I understand that my interview may include video, audio, photography, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional content. I give Authentic permission to record my appearance.
Permission to Use My Content
I grant Authentic and its owners the unrestricted right to use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, promote, and share my interview in whole or in part, including on all platforms (YouTube, Spotify, etc.) and promotional media.
I understand that all recordings, photographs, and content created are the exclusive property of Authentic and that I do not own the recorded content.
Editing & Creative Control
I understand that Authentic has complete editorial and creative control, including the right to edit, shorten, add graphics/music, and decide on release. I am not entitled to approve the final version.
I understand that my appearance on Authentic is voluntary and, unless a separate written agreement exists, I will not receive financial compensation.
I confirm that I am participating voluntarily, the information shared is truthful to my knowledge, and I will respect others and avoid defamatory statements. My opinions are my own.
If confidential information is shared, I understand that Authentic may edit or remove it at its discretion.
I release Authentic, its host, producers, and affiliates from claims arising from my participation, except were caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will provide reasonable notice whenever possible.
My contact info will be used only for podcast communication and will not be sold. It may be shared only as required to operate the podcast or by law.
I agree to contribute respectfully and professionally throughout the recording.
By signing below, I confirm I have read and understood this agreement, voluntarily agree to participate, and accept that Authentic owns the final production and editorial control.
