Personal Use Only (social media icons, wallpapers, printing for yourself). You may not use it for commercial gain, merchandise, or branding

Turnaround: My standard turnaround time is
1 to 3 weeks per piece depending on how many commissions I am currently working on.

Process & Edits: I will send a sketch (or multiple) for your approval. Once it's approved by you I will finalize it. at the end of the process only minor adjustments can be made.

Refund Policy: A full refund is available if I have not yet started on your sketch. No refunds after I have started work on your commission.

Intellectual Property: As the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork. I reserve the right to post the finished commission or include it in my art portfolio.

Strict AI/NFT Policy: Under no circumstances is my artwork allowed to be used for AI training datasets, scraped, or minted into NFTs.

Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to reject or cancel any commission request for any reason (incompatible subject matter, behavior, communication issues, etc.). If a request is rejected, no payment will be taken.
