NOTE: Your passport must be current and should be valid for at least six months from the date of return from the trip (July 22, 2027).

Travel Information (all fields required)

Room Request (AITS will assign a roommate if you are traveling alone but wish to share a room; if no roommate is available, you will be invoiced for a single room.)

Deposit Information (required)

A $500 deposit (invoiced by Inquisitive Ventures, LLC dba Academy International Travel Services) is required to confirm participation and will be credited towards the total cost of the program. The deposit becomes non-refundable after October 13, 2026.

Payment Schedule

An interim payment of $1000 is due on October 13, 2026; it becomes non-refundable after November 18, 2026. If you would like to pay the interim amount with installments, please call (404-282-1055) or email Academy Travel (academy@aitsatl.com) using the subject line "LPTS Turkey 2027, interim payment."
A final payment, reflecting the balance, is due on November 18, 2026; it is non-refundable. (Interim and final payments will be invoiced by Inquisitive Ventures, LLC dba Academy International Travel Services.)
