Key Information: Hatch coaches are assigned to one of three tiers based on logged coaching hours and the credential held. Coaches receive 70% of the tier rate per hour coached, paid monthly. Once we have reviewed your application we will be in touch to confirm your tier and membership details. If you are happy to proceed, an invoice will follow and you will be live on the platform as soon as payment is received and your portfolio is approved.

WHAT IS HATCH ASSIGNED: Hatch Assigned is an opt-in tier for coaches, in addition to their verified tier. It is designed to provide a low-friction entry point for clients who want to try coaching, and to widen opportunities for the coach network to gain paid hours. Hatch selects participating coaches from any tier. There is no rapport session, and sessions are limited to three. After this, the client either continues with the assigned coach at their verified tier or requests a new match.

I understand that my remuneration as a Hatchling will be tier-based and that my tier will be set by Hatch, and confirmed following this application.
