72-hour repair window
LETMIBEAUTY stands behind the quality of its nail services. If you experience nail lifting, premature breakage, or other retention-related issues, please contact LETMIBEAUTY within 72 hours of your appointment.
repair eligibility
to be eligible for a complimentary repair, you must contact LETMIBEAUTY within the 72-hour window and provide a photo of the affected nail(s) when requested.
repairs are intended for issues related to retention, lifting, or premature breakage.
after the 72-hour window
after 72 hours, repairs are no longer covered under the complimentary repair window. any repairs requested after this period may be subject to a repair fee.
client responsibility
the repair policy does not cover damage caused by:
picking, peeling, or removing productusing your nails as toolsbiting or intentionally breaking the nailsexcessive force or impactfailure to follow recommended aftercareexposure to products or chemicals that may affect the servicedamage caused after leaving the appointment
please contact LETMIBEAUTY as soon as you notice an issue rather than attempting to fix or remove the product yourself.
repair appointments
repair availability is based on LETMIBEAUTY’s schedule. a repair appointment may be required rather than being completed during another scheduled service.
