Own the Arena is CJI’s four-week public-speaking and leadership programme for young people aged 16–24.
We need a sharp Project Coordinator to keep each cohort moving: young people ready, facilitators briefed, logistics locked, and the final showcase delivered properly.
This is a freelance, fixed-fee role at £600 per standard OTA cohort, plus pre-approved travel expenses. A cohort runs across around 12 weeks and normally requires up to 27 hours.
