Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity - London Marathon Place!

We have a London Marathon spot in Team Marvellous (Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity fundraising team) available for someone who has supported Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity and/or Big Bear over the last 12 months. This is a place with zero fundraising target attached! (Although of course we’d love for you to raise as much as possible for Team Marvellous!).
As you helped raise such a huge amount of money for the charity at the Crocodile Challenge and throughout 2026 Roald Dahls Marvellous Children’s Charity have allowed me to help allocate one of the charity places they’ve purchased for the Saturday event.
It’s not a competition – I just need a way to choose from hundreds of amazing people! It’s effectively going to be picked at random from a hat. I want to reward someone who has helped support Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity and Big Bear Events over the last 12 months, since our partnership was announced. If you want to be in the hat you need to fill the below form in.
The minimum requirement for entry into the draw is 3 tickets. You also need to obviously be available on Saturday 24th April for the London Marathon (being aware that there is a strict 7:45-8hr cut off for the Saturday). It would be a huge bonus if you were around at our Crocodile Challenge 2027 to meet everyone involved in Team Marvellous

Every entry into a Big Bear Event on my system from TrailFest Cannock Chase 2025 until the Hare Challenge 2027
Every time I’ve got you recorded as volunteering on my records
Every time a donation was made with your entry to Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity.
We want to reward someone who has supported Roald Dahls Marvellous Children’s Charity and/or us at Big Bear with this pretty incredible opportunity. I will do my best to be as accurate as possible when calculating the number of tickets and the draw will be made at random.
You must fill the form in by Sunday 16th August and the draw will be made by Sunday 23rd August and winner announced after.
Of course, if you are unsuccessful it would be amazing for you to be at London Marathon as a fundraising entrant for Team Marvelous.
