Are you passionate about land stewardship, food systems, and ecological restoration- and looking for a hands-on pathway into conservation and agroforestry?
If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of big-picture ecological thinking and on-the-ground work, our registered apprenticeship offers a rare opportunity to build practical skills while contributing to meaningful landscape-scale impact. Woolbank is seeking two motivated Agroforestry Apprentices to train as a Forest & Conservation Specialists through a structured, hybrid Registered Apprenticeship program.
Apprentices will take part in immersive fieldwork and technical instruction focused on agroforestry system design, forest and riparian zone management, livestock integration, crop cultivation, and environmental evaluation- offering a launchpad for long-term careers in regenerative agriculture and natural resource management.
This is a hands-on, field-based apprenticeship. Applicants should live within a 30–40 minute driving distance of Woolbank (Conneautville, PA) and be able to reliably commute to Cherry Hill Eco Farm (West Springfield, PA) for scheduled work days. Applicants slightly outside the stated radius who can demonstrate a reliable and sustainable commute are encouraged to apply.
