Haven does not open daily slots for custom orders. Custom designs are only available upon specific request. To check for current availability, please contact Haven directly.

Design Requirements & Plagiarism Policy

When placing an order, please provide a highly detailed and clear explanation of your vision.

If you have design inspiration, you must cite the original source. STRICT PROHIBITION: Using inspiration from other BA (Business Account/Agency) catalogues is strictly forbidden. Haven reserves the right to decline any custom request if we feel the project is outside our current capacity or expertise.

Payment Terms

Once you have submitted the form, a down payment (DP) of IDR 10,000 is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance (total price depends on the complexity of the design) must be settled after Haven sends you the design preview.

Processing Time & Rush Orders

The standard turnaround time for custom work is 5 to 15 business days. * Rush Orders: Please check our availability first. If we are able to accommodate a rush request (36–48 hour turnaround), an additional fee of up to 150% of the original design price will apply, depending on the complexity of the task.
