Design Requirements & Plagiarism Policy
When placing an order, please provide a highly detailed and clear explanation of your vision.
If you have design inspiration, you must cite the original source. STRICT PROHIBITION: Using inspiration from other BA (Business Account/Agency) catalogues is strictly forbidden. Haven reserves the right to decline any custom request if we feel the project is outside our current capacity or expertise.
Payment Terms
Once you have submitted the form, a down payment (DP) of IDR 10,000 is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance (total price depends on the complexity of the design) must be settled after Haven sends you the design preview.
Processing Time & Rush Orders
The standard turnaround time for custom work is 7 to 15 business days. * Rush Orders: Please check our availability first.
For custom orders, Haven only permits maximum 2 days of payment delay after the invoice was sent. After 2 days of delay, additional +10% of the price / DAY will be added to the invoice. This addition will apply for each day of payment delay.

Please be as detailed as possible. Describe the layout, mood, and specific elements you want included. e.g., I want a cover pinned with a vintage postcard theme and some floral elements in it. The text should only be my name (Haven Lee) and a short poem. Also I want blablabla.
