Artist Terms & Agreement

By submitting this form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are submitting two songs for consideration for a possible July feature on The Underground Showcase. Submission does not guarantee selection.

You retain full ownership of your music and other original content. By submitting this form and participating in the showcase, you grant The Underground Showcase permission to use, repost, stream, clip, replay, and promote your name, artist name, image, likeness, voice, performance, and submitted music from the livestream and related content across its digital platforms, including social media, video platforms, website content, and promotional materials. This permission is non-exclusive and royalty-free, meaning you still own your work and may use it however you choose.

Your contact information, including your phone number and email address, will be used only for showcase-related communication, scheduling, and updates. Your personal information will not be sold or shared outside of normal operational needs related to the showcase.

By submitting, you also confirm that you have the right to share the music and content provided and that doing so does not knowingly violate anyone else’s rights.
