Website & Digital Content Manager — Application

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Website & Digital Content Manager will take hands-on responsibility for keeping ADYH’s website current, accurate, useful, and engaging. This person will ensure that ADYH’s programs, opportunities, events, articles, announcements, and organizational information are consistently reflected on the website.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with a website builder or content management system.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and regularly update ADYH’s website content.Publish new opportunities, fellowships, calls for applications, events, and resources.Upload and format articles, announcements, news, and organizational updates.Update program, initiative, team, and event pages when information changes.Create and maintain landing pages for ADYH programs, campaigns, and major events.Ensure website information, links, dates, registration details, and contact information remain accurate.Remove, archive, or update expired opportunities and outdated content.Coordinate with Communications, Programs, Community & Membership, and Partnerships teams to collect website updates.Work with the Creative & Design Manager to ensure graphics and visual assets are appropriately prepared for the website.Maintain consistency in website formatting, branding, and presentation.Identify outdated, missing, or unclear website content and proactively recommend improvements.Help make ADYH’s website a reliable destination for opportunities, programs, resources, and organizational news.Monitor basic website content needs and communicate important updates to the appropriate team members.
IDEAL CANDIDATE

Someone with experience in website management, digital content, communications, web publishing, content management systems, or a related field.

Experience with platforms such as Hostinger, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar website builders is helpful.

The ideal candidate is comfortable taking a request such as “We have a new fellowship opportunity that needs to go on the website” and independently handling the update from start to finish.

LEADERSHIP & OWNERSHIP EXPECTATION

This is a volunteer position with hands-on responsibility. ADYH is looking for someone who will proactively monitor the website, identify what needs to be updated, communicate with relevant teams, and complete updates without requiring constant Founder follow-up.

The goal is for ADYH's website to remain active and current without the Founder having to personally manage every update.
