ReFi DAO is re-activating its Network Membership as the entry point for anyone who wants to participate at the base layer of the network.
This form does three things:
1. You introduce yourself — name, profile photo, where you're based, and what you're working on.
2. You agree to the ReFi DAO Community Covenant — the values commitment that makes you a Network Member (submitting this form = agreeing).
3. You let us know how to approve you:
(a) fast-track if you're already part of the network (past contributor, Local Node Lead, ReFi DAO Global member);
(b) vouching if you're new.
Network Member benefits include voting eligibility in the inaugural
Steward Council Election (May 19 → Jun 3) and access to key assets in the
ReFi DAO Commons + further member-exclusive participation opportunties inside ReFi DAO's coordination layer.
What's public vs. private:
🌐 Public — shown on the ReFi DAO Network Members registry: Display name · profile photo · location · organization / project · website / profile link · short bio · wallet address.
🔒 Private — shared only with the Steward Council + Gardeners for verification + voting-instruction comms: Telegram handle · email · full application narrative · covenant agreement timestamp.
The display name is what shows up publicly on the Network Member list — alongside your photo, location, organization, link, and bio. Pseudonyms are accepted; wallet-only listings are not.
