Variable costs for tools like Vercel annoy me. $20 per seat??? Eventually the PaaS costs spiralled. At the same time I was sitting on AWS activate credits I never used. I'm working on Galleon. Flat fee, great DevEX but deploys to your AWS. So you can finally use the free tier and those precious credits.
