This anonymous survey explores career awareness, aspirations and confidence among Black and Minority Ethnic nursing and Allied Health Profession (AHP) students and newly qualified practitioners in the UK.
It should take approximately 3 minutes to complete.
No names, email addresses, universities or employer information are collected. Responses will be analysed collectively and may be used to inform the development of future career development, mentoring and educational initiatives. Participation is voluntary.
