I understand that Ashland Brewing Company ("ABC") operates a seasonal synthetic ice skating rink in Ashland, Nebraska. Activities covered by this Agreement include recreational skating, use of rental or personal skates, entering and exiting the rink, use of rink boards, gates and equipment, public skating sessions, special events, private parties, group events, and activities immediately adjacent to the rink.
