We often assume that what feels obvious to us feels obvious to everyone.
When it doesn't, we can misinterpret one another, overlook valuable perspectives, and unintentionally create environments where people feel they need to mask, adapt, or hold back - and we lose access to insights that might otherwise have advanced a shared purpose.
Neuro Empathy Lab is an interactive workshop designed to explore how different neurotypes can experience the same situation in very different ways.
Through brief learning, creative simulations, and discussion, participants will gain new insight into ADHD, Autistic, "neurotypical" experiences, and the misunderstandings that can emerge between them.
What you'll leave with
- A deeper understanding of neurodivergence
- A new lens for interpreting behaviour
- Fresh insight into collaboration, belonging, and contribution
- Practical ideas for creating conditions where different minds can thrive
Who is this for?
Leaders, managers, educators, HR professionals, parents, and anyone interested in creating conditions where people can thrive and contribute.

Shape Research
This workshop is part of ongoing research for a forthcoming book exploring leadership in complexity through the lens of neurodivergence. Your participation and reflections will help shape that work. It is offered free of charge in exchange for your feedback.
You will be asked to complete a feedback and reflection form following the workshop to help us measure the impact of the activities, your learning, and your objections.
