Thanks for showing interest in the Family Director/Pastor position at The Redemption Church (TRC). This position is responsible for overseeing the children’s ministry and youth ministry at our Lisle location. It’s a full-time position. We’re looking to fill this position as soon as possible, but the start date may be negotiable. ‘Family Director’ would be used for men or women who are not ordained PCA ministers. 'Family Pastor’ would be used for an ordained minister in the PCA. Please review the TRC Information Packet for more details:
