This form is to complete your registration for an onsite visit of the Glacies pilot installation near Coaticook, Québec.
Content:
This visit is hands-on and immersive. You can expect:
- A crash course on the technology
- A walkthrough of the subsystems
- A live demonstration of the system in operation
- Open discussions on how the technology could integrate into different fresh air and ventilation systems.
Visit planning:
Each visit lasts approximately 3 hours and is limited to small groups (maximum 15 people) to preserve the quality of the experience.
In this form, you will be asked:
- Which day(s) you are available
- Your preference for AM, PM or no preference
We will use this information to balance the groups when we lock in your slot.
- Morning visit: 9:30-12:30
- Afternoon visit: 13:30-16:30
If your preferred option is full, we will contact you to explore alternatives, when possible. Confirmations will be sent by email shortly, and adjustments can be made if required.
Travel considerations:
Please consider that Coaticook is 180km away from the Montreal-Trudeau Airport (YUL).
For most visitors, it will be easier to:
- Plan a stay in the nearby city of Coaticook or Sherbrooke (more hotel choices)
- Travel by car to the final destination.

Safety and clothing:
We will provide the required PPE.
Please bring season-appropriate clothing, as part of the visit will take place outdoors around the pilot installation.
Each participant must register individually for safety reasons.
