You can pay for the packages in full or in installments. If you choose to pay in full, the cost is 10% off!
Packages need to be paid in full before the date of the half way point of your package (i.e. if you choose a 6 session package, you should pay in full before the date of your 3rd session).
Other installment conditions apply and will be provided in your initial welcome email.
I take payments by check, Venmo, or Zelle. Once you submit this form, a link to my google calendar will be provided and welcome email will be sent with more information.
