4 hours a week, same shift every week. 6 spots are open right now, with more coming this winter. You'll give tours, check guests in, chat with people, fill drinks and buckets, keep counters wiped down, help the Aufguss host with prep, and generally pitch in wherever needed, always paired with an Ærth staff member. In exchange: an unlimited membership.
This is an application. This Energy Exchange Agreement is between the above mentioned Host and Ærth Sauna Corp. ("Ærth"). Date and time as this form is submitted. The agreement becomes official once countersigned and acknowledged by Ærth Sauna Corp via email.
• No monetary compensation will be provided.
• Expected time commitment is 4 hours per week, on the same shift, or traded appropriately with another host.
• You will be required to take 4 hours of training, which will count as your first shift.
• After 2 dropped shifts without coverage, Ærth may terminate this agreement, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Ærth Sauna Corp.
• Ærth reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without cause, as business needs change.
• You will be covered under WorkSafeBC while on shift with Ærth.
• In appreciation of your time, you will be granted a full, unlimited membership for as long as this agreement remains in effect.
• Confidentiality and non-disclosure: you agree to keep confidential any business information you learn while hosting at Ærth, including guest information, business practices, pricing, and recipes, both during and after this agreement. You understand that this role carries a significant degree of trust, and any breach of this confidentiality agreement may be subject to legal action.
• Company property: any equipment, keys, access codes, or other property provided by Ærth remains the property of Ærth Sauna Corp. and must be returned upon termination of this agreement. Uniforms: Ærth will provide a $30 merch credit upon completion of your first month, redeemable for clothing merchandise only and with no cash value.
• This is not an offer of employment, and these terms are limiting; any other offer from Ærth Sauna Corp. will need to be agreed upon by both parties.
