As a founder, you will present to a panel of legendary entrepreneurs and chose one to be your coach. Coaches partner with you to reach specific venture milestones and leverage their skills, network, and resources to accelerate your venture as they compete against other coaches and teams on the basis of founder effort and venture traction.
Win or loose, founders are guaranteed personal growth, real mentorship, and actual venture progress. In exchange, founders grant advisory equity to their coach but only when the following criteria are met: 1) The venture completes all five milestones resulting in repeatable revenue and a scaling business process. 2) Coach agrees to an ongoing advisory role in the business long term. Coach equity is capped at 5% for qualifying ventures before financial investment.
Following the competition, all founders may participate in an investment round where coaches and angel investors may financially invest further.
