ARR service qualifications: application for manual verification

If you do not automatically qualify under ARR service qualifications, but you have comparable expertise and experience, you can apply for manual verification through this form. Please note that this process is manual and is not guaranteed to be completed quickly. We recommend that you apply as soon as you plan an ARR submission.

What is your OpenReview profile? (e.g. ~John_Doe115)

What is your email (use the one specified in OpenReview profile)?

What reviewing or chairing experience do you have in ARR, if any? Please specify venues and roughly how many reviews you performed. Secondary reviewing experience counts.

E.g. March 2026 / secondary / two reviews; May 2026 / primary / three reviews.

What reviewing or chairing experience do you have outside of ARR? Please specify venues, years, roughly how many reviews you performed.

Please list reviewing or chairing experience at our listed major venues only.
E.g. NeurIPS 2025 3 reviews ; COLM 2026 2 reviews

Anything else you'd like us to consider?

Please keep your responses brief and strictly aligned with our listed criteria. Extra or unrelated text will not be read or considered.

Have you been identified as an 'irresponsible' reviewer or chair at any venues? (e.g. for failing to perform your assignments without proper notice, AI generated reviews, etc.)

If you have been identified as an 'irresponsible' reviewer or chair at any venue, please describe the issue and any future mitigations you will take.

Please upload any documentation that confirms your experience for any venues outside of ARR.

E.g. reviewer certificates, links to and screenshots of official venue pages verifying your contributions.

This only applies to external venues. For ARR service, we verify your contributions automatically.

For researchers without a Masters degree, and those who apply based on secondary reviewer service at ARR: please enclose a recommendation from the researcher who mentored you in peer review.
