Sr. Business Intelligence Developer
1. Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reports.
2. Design, develop, and maintain data models, data structures, and data warehouses (e.g., star and snowflake schemas) to optimize data retrieval and reporting performance.
3. Develop, test, and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure data is accurate, efficiently move, clean, and integrate, various source systems into the data warehouse.
4. Build optimized data models using Qlik scripting and best practices.
5. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and performance tuning within the database and BI environment.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation for data models, ETL processes, and BI solutions to support continuity and knowledge transfer.
7. Conduct thorough testing and validation of data models and reports to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in BI technologies.
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, or related fields.
2. Strong experience with QlikView and/or Qlik Sense.
3. Proficiency in Qlik scripting language (set analysis, load scripts, variables)•
4. Advanced SQL skills (query tuning, stored procedure development).
5. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
6. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
9. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
