2. Compensation
Compensation will be calculated at a rate of $0.50 per 1,000 views.
Minimum eligible views: 1,000
Maximum payout per post: $500
Measurement period: 7 days from the publication date.
To be eligible for payment, the content must prominently feature or promote RevMax – Speed Tracker, comply with Company requirements, and receive Company approval. The Company retains exclusive authority to determine content approval status, qualifying views, and payment eligibility. All view counts are determined solely through the Company's internal tracking systems and are considered final. Artificial inflation of views through bots or other non-organic methods is strictly prohibited. Payments will be made using a payment method approved by the Company.
3. Content Availability
The Creator must keep all qualifying content publicly available for a minimum period of six (6) months following publication.
Deleting, removing, hiding, or materially modifying content before the required period expires may result in loss of unpaid compensation and/or reimbursement of previously issued payments. The Company reserves the right to verify content availability throughout this period.
4. Content License
The Company is granted the right to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, edit, modify, and repurpose Creator content for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes, including paid media campaigns.
The Creator grants the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use all content created under this Agreement, including the Creator's name, image, likeness, and social media identifiers. The Creator waives any right to review or approve such use.
5. Account Rights
Any account created primarily for publishing RevMax-related content shall be deemed Company property.
Upon request, the Creator must provide full access to such account, including login credentials. The Creator may not transfer ownership, sell the account, or limit Company access. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of unpaid compensation and/or repayment of amounts previously received.
6. Restrictive Covenant
The Creator agrees not to create, promote, support, or participate in content related to competing products or services, whether compensated or uncompensated, during the collaboration period and for six (6) months after its conclusion.
A competing product includes any application or service that offers substantially similar functionality or serves a comparable user need as RevMax. Breach of this provision may result in forfeiture of unpaid earnings, repayment obligations, and legal remedies, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.
7. Duration and Termination
Either party may discontinue the collaboration at any time.
The Company may withhold payments if the Creator violates content requirements or breaches any provision of this Agreement. In cases of material breach, the Company may immediately terminate the Agreement and cancel any unpaid compensation.
8. Confidential Information
The Creator agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public Company information, including but not limited to content strategies, internal processes, systems, tools, and business-related information.
9. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable law. Any updates or modifications communicated by the Company shall become effective upon the Creator's continued participation following such notice.
