Yarraman Festival 2026 Food Vendor & Market Stalls Expression of Interest Form

Site Information & Fees

Market Stall

- 3m x 3m: $30 - 3m x 6m: $60 - BYO marquee, tables, and chairs. All market stall are unpowered.

Food Vendor

- $50 per site (includes one 15Amp power point) - Additional power points: $15 each
Rubbish & Waste Management All stallholders are responsible for their own rubbish and waste removal. We will provide sites for recycling, general waste.
Additional Information
- All vendors must supply their own equipment and facilities (e.g., tables, chairs, marquee)\
- The site opens at 8am, with setup to be completed by 9:30am. The festival runs from 10am to 3pm. Pack-up begins around 3pm (no earlier unless communicated by the organiser), and the site must be cleared by 5pm.
