SURVEY - Challenges in hiring women in Tech

Finding and Hiring skilled women in technology sector has been a difficult task for me and other colleagues as HR professionals. Research shows that women are structurally underrepresented especially when it comes to leadership positions.
THE IDEA
a specialised platform to simplify and streamline the process. It
will enable HR recruiters and affiliated developers, founders and CTO/COOs to more easily find talented women for their Tech positions.
WE NEED YOUR INPUT
to further understand the market situation and get a general knowledge of hiring women in Tech. After speaking with multiple HR-leaders from international companies we would like to broaden our perspectives.
