The Role

We're hiring an Executive Producer to own our agency partnerships lane and director talent development.

You'll be responsible for growing and managing Vagrants' agency-direct business, representing us in key markets, and staying close to the work as an EP when your involvement matters. It's a sales and production hybrid, and the right person is someone who has done both.

Who You Are

You've spent real time in commercial production — as a producer, an EP, a rep, or some combination. You understand how agencies buy production, who the real decision-makers are, and how to build the kind of trust that brings repeat business.

You're connected. You have relationships in at least one major market and you know how to build them in others. You lead with your production knowledge, not just your network.

You're self-directed. You see where the opportunity is and you go after it.
