Talent on the Table

We live in a world of extraordinary talent.

Yet people regularly feel unseen, misunderstood, underused, exhausted, disconnected, or unable to contribute fully.

The problem is not a lack of talent. It is our ability to recognize, access, and coordinate human intelligence in an increasingly complex world.

As uncertainty, interdependence, and competing perspectives become the norm, many of our inherited assumptions about leadership, intelligence, learning, and contribution are beginning to break down.

Complexity requires broader contact with reality.

This book argues that leadership in complexity depends on our ability to access more of reality - within ourselves, between people, and across systems.

Neurodiversity reveals where our contact is incomplete.

Using neurodivergence as a lens, the book explores how different neurotypes expose the limits of our assumptions and reveal forms of intelligence that often go unseen.

Belonging makes hidden intelligence available.

When people are safe enough to contribute fully and groups develop the capacity to work with difference, more intelligence becomes available to everyone.

The result is not only greater inclusion, but greater collective intelligence, adaptability, and innovation.

This project is being shaped in community.

I'm looking for leaders, educators, parents, neurodivergent individuals, researchers, and curious humans who want to contribute stories, perspectives, questions, and feedback.

You can participate in interviews, review ideas, host conversations, invite speaking engagements, or simply follow the journey as the book develops.

Because if the future requires access to more intelligence, this book cannot be written from a single perspective alone.
