Hearth Talk Partnership Program Application

Help make AI better companions for everyone.

The Hearth Talk Partnership Program collects recordings of real group conversations to train AI that can listen, understand, and respond more naturally. We partner with English-speaking hobby and discussion groups to record sessions involving your members, either as part of your existing program or arranged separately.

The basics:

- Individual participants are given a gift card valued at $18 to $25 USD per conversation-hour, as a thank you

- Your group also receives a $200-$1,500 USD donation or stipend at the end, depending on group size, session count, contribution speed, and recording quality

- All participants must be 18+ and individually consent before joining

This is a preliminary interest form. If your group looks like a good fit, we'll reach out to set up a short call to confirm the details and figure out scheduling and operations together. Nothing here commits you to anything.
