The assessment is a live video walkthrough of about 30 minutes with a VUE. certifier. You, the homeowner, or someone you trust will need to be at the home with a smartphone and a couple of free apps installed ahead of time. We'll send the download links and simple instructions when we confirm your appointment.
During the call, you'll walk the certifier to each room and outdoor space with a view while we take bearings and measurements together.
