Performance • Safety • Transparency • Education • Innovation • Professional Health
An international study by the International Grooming Society (IGS) as part of the Global Groomer Health Initiative (GGHI).
Professional groomers use cosmetic products repeatedly throughout their working lives. Product performance is essential, but professional needs may also include safety, transparency, ergonomics, education, sustainability and occupational health.
This international survey aims to understand:
• what professional groomers expect from cosmetic brands;
• what currently influences purchasing decisions;
• where the industry is meeting groomers’ expectations;
• where important needs remain unmet;
• what innovations groomers would like to see;
• how cosmetic manufacturers can contribute to groomer health and sustainable professional practice.
The results will be analysed anonymously and presented in an industry report intended to help professional cosmetic manufacturers better understand and respond to the needs of groomers.
Estimated completion time: approximately 10–12 minutes.
