Every lesson for the week is fully planned, documented and ready to go.

I have the week’s structure mapped out and I fill in the details day by day.

I have a rough idea of the week but I adapt heavily based on how the class feels.

I often plan lessons on the day (e.g., in the morning or during breaks).

It is reasonable and appropriate for my role.

It is too heavy and takes away from time and energy for teaching.
