Feed Everyone

Welcome to Feed Everyone — Including Yourself. ❤️

This is about making food work for your real life, your family, your schedule, your goals and everything you’re juggling.

No perfection. No complicated rules. Just good food made simpler.

Tell me a little about you, and we’ll take it from there.
Just a quick heads up before we get started! This is the longest bit I promise.
I am asking these questions now, so you don't have to keep explaining yourself later. The more I understand, the more I can take off your plate. Don't overthink your answers, just tell me what your real life looks like.

What foods do you dislike or avoid?

Are there foods other members of your household won't eat?

These questions help me identify when coaching should involve or be referred to an appropriate health professional.

Health

If you selected anything above, please provide relevant details
