Hi! We’re John and Nicole, and we’re so glad you’re here.

Buying a home is one of the biggest financial and personal decisions you’ll ever make, and we believe you deserve more than an automated home search and a few showings. 

Whether you’re relocating, purchasing your first home, upgrading, or investing, our goal is to understand what matters most to you so we can create a home-buying experience that’s thoughtful, strategic, and tailored specifically to your needs. 

This short questionnaire helps us learn about your goals, priorities, lifestyle, and timeline before we meet. The more we know about what you’re looking for, the better we can prepare, advocate for you, and help you find a home you’ll truly love.

First things, first - What is your preferred method of communication?

We will send home list and any long form information via email.

When is the best time to reach you? Do you want to set any firm time boundaries to not reach out? ( Some times there are emergencies but we will do our best to text first.)

We also try to enjoy Sundays from 9 am to 1 Pm and then from 6 Pm on through the evening and we ask our clients to stick to text or emails only during this time period.
