Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and track project progress, milestones, KPIs, and project health
· Implement PMO standards, procedures, templates, and reporting frameworks
· Coordinate with project managers to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and dashboards
· Support change control processes and project evaluations
· Prepare management reports, analytics, and presentations for PMO leadership
· Manage PMO platforms, project repositories, and lessons learned
· Support feasibility studies and provide analytical insights to improve project performance
