The Goal Since 2020, many Black women and marginalized people have left their jobs. There have also been several cultural and political shifts since then that have pushed us out. This project is here to write down why. I am mapping how and why we chose to walk away. I am an independent researcher doing this work for the community, not for a company or a corporation. This is for the archive.

How This Work is Used I will look for patterns in these stories to write essays and to inform a larger research report. This project will help show the world the truth of what we are going through.
